INDIVIDUAL WORKOUT PLANS

All clients must go through the initial evaluation prior to having workout plans customized for you. In order for programming to be accurate and to meet your needs, goals, and skill level it would be most ideal to do at least 3-4 in-person training sessions for continued assessment, form assessment, and strength assessments.
